• BMS Temp Labor Reconciliation is ready to be reviewed; this compares the expenses on your main instruction account against what has been entered and encumbered.
  • Please note that the reconciliation is for Fall 2022/Spring 2023.
  • The data being shown in ‘Main Instruction Cost’ is the total year indicated in BMS vs the ‘KFS expense’ will only be for what has been entered in CORE; the difference could be what is still left to process for Spring.
  • This can be found under the Reports tab in BMS.

Spring Adjunct page up submission will be coming up soon (likely due by the mid/end of October), the Business Center will send out exact timelines once we know more.
