Internal Grant Review Program The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Internal Grant Review Program will provide a formal internal grant review mechanism as an optional resource for CLAS faculty. The goal of this program is to support the faculty and strengthen their application. CLAS Shared Services/Grant Management will facilitate this programs and assist with recruiting faculty and experts who can provide assistance to enhance the competitiveness of an application. Participants should adhere to the principle of mutual benefit for all involved and the program should create a safe environment for constructive criticism and open discussion. Other potential benefits of this program include: Greater integration of the research enterprise at UConn/CLAS Connecting faculty with each other’s research and thus potentially stimulate new collaborations. The program may encourage early writing well ahead of deadlines, which benefits both faculty and grant administrators PI Name* First Last Department*AnthropologyChemistryCommunicationEcology and Evolutionary BiologyEconomicsEnglishGeographyHistoryHuman Development and Family StudiesIntegrative GeosciencesJournalismLinguisticsLiteratures, Cultures, and LanguagesMarine SciencesMathematicsMolecular and Cell BiologyPhilosophyPhysicsPhysiology and NeurobiologyPolitical SciencePsychological SciencesPublic PolicySociologySpeech, Language, and Hearing SciencesStatisticsSponsor*Grant Deadline* Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY Solicitation/Grant Guidelines Website Solicitation/Grant Guidelines File (PDF)Accepted file types: pdf.Title*Suggested TimelineNew SubmissionIt's recommended to request an internal grant review no later than 4 months from the sponsor deadline for new submissionsTwo Panel Reviews 1.
